Working with scientists at Abertay University, Arbikie has produced the world's first 'climate positive gin' from peas, which, unlike traditional crops used in alcohol production, can be grown without nitrogen-based fertilisers. Botanicals are grown and harvested on the estate- including citrus leaf and lemongrass- and waste products are used as cattle feed or fertiliser. With a grassy, herbaceous nose, this gin is green in every sense.
