In The Spirit of Springfever

Tappers have taken on the challenge of refashioning Prohibition compound gin, which is often seen as a lesser-quality product than a distilled spirit. Springfever marries elderflower, chamomile, cowslip, and orange blossom with gorse flowers- it's a beautiful gin with a delicate floral nose with a heady coconut and vanilla undertone.

Old Curiosity's eight-acre Secret Herb Garden boasts over 600 naturally grown botanicals lovingly tended by a team of gardeners. Here, geraniums bring a warm floral note similar to rose and jasmine, while mallow adds freshly-podded pea sweetness, and a delightful pink tint when served with tonic.
